Our pitmasters tame the fiery flames in their hell’s kitchen, where yankee-style 'low & slow' BBQ dishes are prepared on wood-fired smokers and 'hot & fast' grill classics on the unique Argentine parrilla grill.

Are you ready to be the fiery heart of Black Smoke? Stand your ground in our hell’s kitchen where pitmasters tame the raging fire in our show kitchen. If you have a passion for smoke and fire, you are the right person!
Working independently is not foreign to you, and you have graduated as a cook or have equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years. The dishes at Black Smoke are rooted in American BBQ traditions and enriched with European flair.
Experience in these traditions is a plus!
